作者：俞章法（中信重工董事长、党委书记） 在装备制造行业，绿色制造已经成为世界发展的潮流和趋势。践行中央倡导的绿色发展理念，落实《中国制造2025》行动纲领，对中信重工来说，既是企业发展的需求，更是推动中国由“制造大国”迈向“制造强国”义不容辞的国企责任。 绿色制造，企业是责任主体，更是实施主体。中信重工作为中国先进装备制造业的大型国有企业，决定我们必须积极响应、主动承担时代赋予的历史使命，正确处理企业改革创新发展和生态文明社会建设的关系，实现全产业链的环境影响最小、资源能源利用效率最高，获得经济效益、生态效益和社会效益的协调优化，共建美丽中国。 2009年，中信重工被列为国家节能减排技术产业化装备基地。随后，企业构建了工人创客群、技术创客群、国际创客群、社会创客群“四群共舞”的创新人才队伍，全力推进绿色制造。 数据显示，80%的资源消耗和环境影响取决于产品设计阶段。我们主张全生命周期绿色发展理念，并将其融入设计、制造、管理、服务全流程，着力于突破节能关键技术装备、提升重大环保技术装备、开发资源综合利用适用技术装备，全方位构建科技含量高、资源消耗低、环境污染少的绿色产品产业格局。 我们的双压纯低温余热发电技术及装备已实现规模化应用，市场占有率超过80%，累计新增合同80多亿元，并不断拓展至干熄焦、硅冶炼、炉冷烧结矿等领域。矿渣立磨系统工艺开发及成套市场拓展，已累计生效订货150余台套，创造销售收入40多亿元。 未来，中信重工将以致力打造主业突出、主体精干、具有核心竞争力的先进装备制造企业和具有投资价值的上市公司为目标，以传统动能和新动能双轮驱动，持续优化提升“核心制造综合服务商”的商业模式，秉承“客户至上的价值导向、精益求精的品质追求、创造卓越的职业担当”的中信重工工匠精神，不断优化资源配置，全力推进绿色制造，提升中国制造在世界舞台的核心竞争力与话语权。
