随后，微博名为“张卫健国际歌影迷会”自称是张卫健工作室发布一份声明称是该网友造谣，并表示工作室将采取相关措施。
该声明表示，该视频是张卫健在演唱会后台进场的视频，并不是网传的吸毒被抓。
