5月22日，在海关总署统一指挥下，青岛海关开展打击“洋垃圾”走私行动,共打掉3个走私固体废物犯罪团伙，抓获犯罪嫌疑人13名，现场查扣走私废矿渣、废塑料376吨，查证走私废物3100吨，并查扣一批书证、电子证据。
