近日，一位82岁的老人孔美兰在与家人失散23年后，重回她朝思暮想的故土——云南玉溪市江川区，与亲人团聚。

孔美兰老人23年前与家人走失，几经辗转来到了河南省禹州市梁北镇黑龙庙村生活，因为老人没有文化，既不会讲河南话，也不会讲普通话，孔美兰老人与当地群众无法正常交流，所以23年来一直没人知道她来自哪里。

河南省禹州市人大常委会驻村帮扶干部刘光辉在“挂包帮”扶贫走访中了解到孔美兰老人是从云南过去的，老人很想家，很想回到自己的家乡，但不知道怎么才能回去。

几番周折，刘光辉联系到江川县民政局，在大家的共同努力下，4月12日,孔美兰老人与亲人团聚。（央视记者蒋厚波）
