据@大连公安 15日消息：8月15日14时09分，市局指挥中心接到报警，沙河口区一写字楼内发生持刀伤人事件。接报后，沙河口西安路蓝鲨机动队和属地派出所警力迅即临场处置，当场抓获持刀伤人且自残的嫌犯张某民（男，38岁，黑龙江人）。经初查，现场造成张某（女，35岁，抚顺人）1人死亡，另有3名女性伤者及嫌犯本人已被送至医院救治。目前，案件正在进一步审理中。
