近日，广州市黄埔区一家火锅店卖凉菜被罚款引起社会热议。该店因售卖“青椒皮蛋”“拍黄瓜”“开胃小木耳”等凉菜被罚1万元，此事经报道后引起议论。对此，黄埔区食品药品监管局昨日回应本报称，该火锅店没有凉菜制作专用间。

《食品经营许可证》上经营项目无冷食类食品制售，涉嫌超范围经营凉菜，违反《广东省食品安全条例》，依法依规予以处罚。位于黄埔区丰乐北路的这家火锅店如今大门紧闭，处于停业状态，玻璃门上贴着一份欠费停电通知书。
