杀害中传女生凶手一审被判死刑 称要上诉(组图)

新京报快讯(记者刘洋)今天(12月30日)上午，备受关注的中传女生遇害案在北京三中院公开宣判，李斯达因故意杀人罪被判处死刑，剥夺政治权利终身。刑事附带民事赔偿部分，判决李斯达赔偿被害人5万余元。

去年8月9日，22岁的中国传媒大学女硕士生周云露，被同校同学李斯达以拍电影为名骗至出租屋残忍杀害。

今日上午9时许，三中院的十四法庭内便坐进了多家媒体。半小时后，周云露的父亲出现在法庭，神色凝重。周母并没有来，周云露的多名同学朋友也坐在了旁听席。新京报记者得知，作为李斯达的代理人之一的李父也没有来。

10时许，李斯达穿一件深色夹克被带上法庭，法庭宣读上述判决。宣判后，李斯达表示上诉。
