尼泊尔旅游业被控“救援骗保” 尼旅游部已展开调查

香港《南华早报》28日报道说，尼泊尔因珠穆朗玛峰吸引了众多外国旅行者。最近，有外国游客指控尼泊尔旅游业靠救援骗取保险费。

澳大利亚导游杰西卡去年10月率一个旅游团在珠峰旅游，但负责安排行程的尼泊尔旅行社劝告他们乘直升机离开所谓“危险地区”，最后，旅行团的10个人乘坐三架救援直升机返回加德满都，但旅行社出具的保险单却是每一个人都单独乘坐了直升机，并要求旅行团成员对保险公司撒谎，从而达到多骗“救援”保费的目的。

《南华早报》援引业界人士说法称，这是尼泊尔旅游业的“潜规则”，旅行社、导游、直升机公司和医院结成密切的利益关系，收取佣金、返还回扣和弄虚作假等现象司空见惯，为赚取保险金或佣金，即使登山者只是小伤或感冒，也出动直升机救援。尼泊尔旅游部已对此展开调查。(刘军)
