外媒：古巴承认经济革新“在计划和控制方面存在错误”

法新社27日援引古巴《格拉玛报》消息称，古巴政府在古巴共产党中央委员会会议上承认，古巴领导人劳尔·卡斯特罗7年前实施的经济革新存在“错误”。

报道称，古巴经济革新协调员穆里略表示，古巴经济革新的步伐有所放缓，除因革新涉及的问题非常复杂外，“在计划和控制方面存在错误”也是一部分原因。古巴共产党中央委员会还抱怨“古巴缺乏纳税文化”，相关政策被公众误读。不过古巴共产党中央委员会仍然认为，古巴经济模式的变革应该继续下去，但国有企业也应该更多地参与进来，并承担更多的责任。

卡斯特罗2011年推出经济革新措施，旨在坚持以公有制为主体的前提下，鼓励更多私营经济，扩大个体户、承包、外资等所有制形式。(莫然)
