据外媒报道，欧盟官员建议从12月份公布的避税天堂黑名单中删除8个国家和地区，其中包括巴拿马，韩国，阿联酋，巴巴多斯，格林纳达，澳门，蒙古和突尼斯。据了解，欧盟方面是在这些国家和地区提出改变税务规则的承诺后提出的建议。预计，这一提案将在周三的欧盟大使会议上讨论，并将由欧盟各国财长在下周举行的会议上投票通过。(央视记者 杨洪 刘婵娟)
