欧盟同意协助意大利 将制止非洲难民偷渡

据新加坡《联合早报》10月20日报道，由于大量非洲船民偷渡到欧洲大陆，对欧洲各国造成很大压力。欧盟领导人19日同意协助意大利应付利比亚船民问题，并提供资金协助，从而制止大量非洲人横渡地中海偷渡到欧洲大陆。

欧盟成员国领导人19日开会讨论移民问题，强调应减少到欧洲的非洲人数。

欧盟委员会表示，2017年与2018年初还需要投入额外的2.25亿欧元(约人民币17.6亿元)，来解决非洲难民问题。(周思敏)
