人民网东京8月3日电（尤一唯）据时事通信社网站报道，日本警察厅3日开始启用性犯罪受害者全国统一咨询号码“＃8103”。 警察厅表示，将此前各都道府县不同的号码进行统一，可提高咨询窗口的知名度，更加方便受害者拨打和咨询，从而有望达到预防性犯罪的目的。 据悉，2011至2016年5年内，日本警方确认的刑事犯罪案中强奸案件数每年在1000至1400起之间，其中报警的受害者只占一小部分。 日本警察厅自2006年起开始通过各都道府县警察机关对性犯罪受害者进行医疗补助，项目包含初次诊断费、性感染症状检查、紧急避孕等。同时增加女性警官人数，以便于向受害人了解案情。截至2016年4月，女性警官人数已达到7974人。警察厅负责人呼吁，希望受害人不要独自发愁，可以与警察谈谈。
