新华网北京3月29日电 多地纷纷出招为学生减负，但一些学校把减负简单等同于压缩学习时间、减少在校时间等，引起家长忧虑。减负，不能减责，更不能减质，而是为了提升学习质量。减负取得实效，需要各方面共同努力，按教育规律和学生身心发展规律办事，把过重的负担减掉，把该做的事情做好。 ​​​​
