阿富汗：塔利班绑架70余平民 处决7人

据阿富汗通讯社卡玛通讯社23日消息，塔利班至少在坎大哈南部省份绑架了70人，并已处死7人。根据当地安全部门官员，被处死民众是被击毙死亡，此前他们已被劫持多天。坎大哈省警察局局长阿卜杜确认了该消息并表示目前绑架动机并未确定。但坎大哈警方发言人杜拉尼表示，民众主要来自三个不同的村庄，这些村民很有可能是因为与政府关系密切才遭到绑架。（央视记者梁馨文）
