菲律宾马拉维危机：杜特尔特专机抵达马尼拉

24日下午16:50左右，菲律宾总统杜特尔特的专机抵达菲律宾首都马尼拉国际机场。杜特尔特是终止了原定对俄罗斯的访问后紧急返回马尼拉的，以应对菲律宾南部城市马拉维发生的危机。

23日下午，菲律宾军警联合部队在马拉维市展开对恐怖组织马乌地组织和阿布沙耶夫组织的清剿行动，双方发生交火，造成至少3名政府军人牺牲，另有12人受伤。由于马拉维危机持续，杜特尔特已于23日晚10点下令对棉兰老岛全岛实行戒严。

杜特尔特抵达后，将直接在机场举行记者会，对目前的反恐举行进行说明。（央视记者黄铮铮）
