据美联社13日上午消息，美国候选总统特朗普正式任命埃克森美孚的CEO蒂勒森（Rex Tillerson）为新一届国务卿。

蒂勒森现年64岁，与俄罗斯的关系非常紧密，已经驱使埃克森美孚在该国扩张了几十年。2013年，克里姆林宫曾经颁发给蒂勒森“友谊奖”，这是该国最高的民用荣誉之一。一年后，俄罗斯因吞并克里米亚遭到美国和欧盟的制裁，蒂勒森也表态，这种制裁是有害的。
