“2016年就业形势比较复杂、非常艰巨。”这是人力资源和社会保障部部长尹蔚民针对大学生就业状况的判断。
相比之下,有关高校核电相关专业的毕业签约率却非常乐观。比如中山大学官方向第一财经1℃记者提供的一份材料显示,6月20日,该校中法核工程与技术学院第一届硕士研究生共72名学生正式毕业,除了6人继续读博之外,绝大部分签约中国广核集团(下称“中广核”),另有3人签约法国电力集团、2人签约法国阿海珐集团。
一篇《用就业率决定考研专业选择》的分析文章中说,“今天看似冷门的专业不一定将来工作就难找。”清华大学核能院反应堆工程专业的毕业研究生也为就业烦恼,但他们烦恼的不是找不到工作,而是为“去哪一家”发愁。一些同学,由于长期跟随导师从事核反应堆的科研项目,具有很强的科研和实操经验,包括中核集团、中广核和东北一家核电设备制造厂在内的单位纷纷向他伸出了橄榄枝。
另外一些就业分析文章则统计认为,正如中山大学中法核工程与技术学院第一届硕士研究生那样,核电相关专业的就业率几乎是100%。
昔日的就业冷门专业为何在今天变成最热?这与中国核电产业的再次大发展有着必然的关联。日本福岛核事故过去5年后,包括中国在内的世界各国的核电行业逐渐恢复了元气。目前中国在建的核电机组是24台,在建数量位列世界首位。 “中国作为一个发展核能的重要国家,这是一个事实。”欧盟驻华大使史伟2015年在广州对1℃记者说。
在一这背景下,核电人才变得炙手可热。
2015年3月,在山东举行的全国核电人才开发与建设研讨会上,清华大学核能与新能源技术研究院研究生办公室主任艾德生分析说, 中国未来10年对核电运营管理人才的需求要达到至少3-4万名以上的总量。
高校早已对人才市场的需求做出了反应。1℃记者最近从有关核电主管部门独家获得的资料显示:“目前(2016年),中国已有40余所高校设立了核专业,在校生规模达到1万人。校企合作,已成为核专业人才培养的重要途径。”
而在2007年,公开资料显示,全国所有开设核工程专业的高校毕业生总量大约500人,他们主要来自于清华大学、上海交通大学、西安交通大学和哈尔滨工程大学等四所高校。
对于一哄而上的核电相关专业和集聚出现的毕业生,真正专业和骨干的人才稀缺问题更受关注。原国家能源局的一位官员对1℃记者表达了自己的隐忧,“最令人担心的是超常规发展带来的专业技术人才不足问题。”
