据朝中社10日报道，朝鲜最高领导人金正恩日前表示，朝鲜是拥有原子弹和氢弹的核强国。
金正恩是在视察平川革命史迹地时作上述表示的。他说，朝鲜已经成为一个准备好使用原子弹和氢弹来维护国家主权和民族尊严的核强国。
金正恩表示，平川革命史迹地是先军枪杆子的故乡。他表示，只要发挥解放后在艰苦条件下用自己的双手制作冲锋枪的精神，朝鲜就能成为任何敌人不敢冒犯的强大国家，要继续加强和发展军工产业。
朝鲜人民军总政治局长黄炳誓等陪同视察。
韩国联合通讯社报道，这是金正恩首次公开提及朝鲜研制氢弹，部分情报机构人员和学者就朝鲜是否真正拥有氢弹表示疑虑。
“很难认定，朝鲜已经拥有氢弹。我认为它似乎正处于研制阶段。”韩国科学技术研究所研究员李春瑾(音译)说。
一名不愿具名的情报机构官员则告诉记者，韩国方面没有任何信息显示朝鲜研制出了氢弹。
朝鲜2003年宣布退出《不扩散核武器条约》，2005年宣布拥有核武器。中国、朝鲜、俄罗斯、美国、韩国和日本就朝鲜半岛无核化展开会谈，但六方会谈自2008年下半年中断，迄今没有重启。

10日，中国外交部举行例行记者会上，针对“朝鲜领导人表示朝已经拥有原子弹和氢弹”，外交部发言人表示，中方一贯主张坚持实现朝鲜半岛无核化、坚持维护半岛和平稳定、坚持通过对话协商解决问题。希望有关各方为维护半岛和平稳定和早日重启六方会谈作出建设性努力。据外交部网站
