    中新网8月21日电 据军报记者网报道，中国海军副司令员王海在中俄“海上联合—2015（Ⅱ）”演习开幕式上说，此次联演是落实两国元首重要共识的具体举措。充分表明了中俄两军共同应对新威胁、新挑战，维护地区安全稳定的坚定决心和意志，将向世界展示中俄两军战略互信和战略协作的新水平，必将成为中俄军事交流合作史上浓墨重彩的一页。（徐叶青）
