《伊苏8：达娜的安魂曲（Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana）》原本定于2017年9月面市，但是NIS America决定延迟到12月发售，最终在临近发售又再次跳票。现在NIS America宣布，PC版将会在1月30日正式发售！
《伊苏8》PC版将于月底发售 Beta测试计划公布
同时，开发团队还公开了游戏的Beta测试计划，玩家们可以通过填写相关的信息来提交申请。

在此前官方的通告中，声称跳票是为了改进游戏以及修复Bug，但是调试过程中考虑到全局问题，发现得花两个月的时间才能达到开发团队的期望目标，来保证游戏的质量，而游戏性能问题也在改善之中，NISA表示他们还请到了曾帮助《黑暗之魂》PC版进行优化的大佬Peter"Durante"Thoman来帮忙进行优化。
